As our valued customer, you may exchange any item you brought in a YOKKO store, in the same store, in 14 days from the purchase, with any item with a minimum equal price, if you meet the following conditions:
- The returned item must be unworn, undamaged and with all labels attached;
- You have the receipt issued when you brought the item;
- You fill our exchange form, in store.
The exchange is possible in 30 days from the purchase, only for a different size of the same item (if on stock), and meeting the same above conditions.
The product exchange is not possible in any of the following situations:
- You wish to exchange the size of an item, after 30 days from the purchase have passed;
- You wish to exchange the item, with a different item or product type, after 14 says from the purchase have passed;
- The returned item shows signs of wearing, any damages or does not have all labels attached;
- You do not have the receipt issued when you brought the item;
- You wish to exchange the item with a new item with a lower price;
- You do not make the exchange request in the same store you originally brought the item;
- You wish to exchange in store, any item you brought in the online store.
Repayment of the amount paid on a product is only possible under the terms of the warranty laws, according with OUG 140/2021.
These regulations reflect our internal policy and are in effect starting Januart 1st, 2022.
